Marvin and I moved to the Panhandle in 2018. He was viciously attacked by an out-of-control, unleashed pit bull. Marvin sustained many injuries. Dr. Conrad cared for his deep puncture wounds, and fought off the resulting infections in a very kind, professional way. We were not existing customers when this happened. So it was in her heart to help him. He has recovered.

Lousy experience. Too many disconnects and more concern about money than care.

I've always had a good experience with my 2 dogs. They were kind and welcoming to my dogs. The vet takes plenty of time to answer any questions and explain everything. The prices were reasonable to any other vet I've gone to in the past.

Don't go there. Take your animal for one thing, they do something else. The animal will still leave in pain for the reason you brought them in. Why did you go into this business? For the money or caring about animals? My animals have went there since they were born, but not any more. I should have brought them to an emergency clinic, at least they would have been treated for their pain.Shame on you..
