I was so excited that I had found a bouquet that was beautiful and perfect to send Mother's Day weekend!!



Then..... when the recipient sent a text thanking me for the flowers and a picture of them... I was angry!! That was NOT the arrangement I ordered - not even close it was pretty much missing about 40 flowers.....



I called and spoke with Susan and she said they could pick up the bouquet and add more flowers.... uhhhhh really?? I wish it would've been done correctly in the first place!



In all honesty I was pretty embarrassed with what got sent.

After losing track of time and realizing an important birthday was about to occur, I needed to send beautiful flowers...quick. Because with long-distance flowers, I insist on being able to speak directly to the florist I used wanted to find a florist local to the recipient. Friendly Florist lived up to their name and exceeded my expectations! I spoke to someone who was intelligent and knowledgeable AND friendly. She took her time with me and was quick to make excellent suggestions when I said I was looking for a particular color scheme, feel, longevity and that I did not want the arrangement to be ordinary. As well, she was able to reliably promise to complete the arrangement and have it delivered within 3 hours. A reliable third party was able to confirm that a very beautiful arrangement arrived as scheduled to save the day. I will be using Friendly Florist again without hesitation!
