I bought a ZTE Blade X Max this past Sunday (it's been three days). I am having issues with it so called cricket and they said to take "the phone and receipt back to the store" and they would exchange it for me. Wasted 30 minutes worth of gas just to be told they cannot take the phone because I don't have the box. Service in Florida already sucks, now the associate tried his best to help but the GM refused. So now I get to waste another 30 minutes (fyi that's one way) to go to the store again tomorrow in the hopes they will work with me. My hopes aren't high after today.
Advice: keep your box. keep it out of toddler reach and then it won't be itty bitty pieces. This is definitely encouraging me to take my service elsewhere.
