First time customer the other day. Very friendly on the phone and checked to confirm they had the items in stock withouyme asking. When I arrived I walked past the knife selection and was impressed at the wide range of pocket and hunting knives so much that I mentioned it to my wife. Clerks were friendly helped me get my items and when I mentioned True Value they quickly stated they were not a True Value store but it always pulls up on line despite efforts to fixit. Stockman in the lumber section was very helpful and quickly loaded my materials. Good people great prices. I guess they could stay open a little longer but it’s a small family business trying to compete with the Big Box stores. I’m all for buying American and helping out our small business owners.They have been in business for 27 years!

They claim to have a huge knife & sword collection, but close at noon on Saturdays. When two customers arrived at about 1:30 in the afternoon, the "Open" signs were on with only a small sign on the door saying closed. There were also six vehicles in the parking lot (found later to be employees at part of the business still open after noon on Saturday). While there, two more cars pulled up and were surprised to find it closed. When I called to inform the management, I got a lady who was apologetic, claimed she wasn't management, but then told me quite rudely that there was no point in telling anyone in management about losing Saturday customers since their hours wouldn't change and if we couldn't get there by noon on Saturday, they were open until 5pm on weekdays...the time when people get off from work. So, say thank you to your rude lady, you've pretty much lost two customers. I'll be driving to MS next time, where the owner said, they were closed on Saturdays, but if we let him know, he could be there to show us his stuff.
