Very responsive, honest and reasonable

We bought a reconditioned Nortel phone system from Jim for our business - everything was great. We had an issue about 1 month after install, phone system went dead. Jim came out immediately and did everything he could to get us a supplemental system until he could get us completely back to normal. He did this all in a matter of hours to prevent us from being down the entire day. He's very honest and prompt and we'd recommend him in a heartbeat! I know if we were dealing with an issue with AT&T, we would have been down for much longer and not had the superb service in which we received! I'm glad we found Jim and very happy with our phone system! Any time we have a question, Jim is there to assist or has his technicians right on it. Thanks Jim!

Phone system and Service work

The tech.from Will County came to our business to work on our phone system he found various problems and told us he could repair them,We asked him if he had any inexpensive systems. He had some information on the Xblue system that he carries in stock, it was everything we needed at the right price.....1375.00The system was a 4 line system by 16 stations and it included fiveLCD speakerphones it great and so was he.He installed the system, programmed it and schooled us on how to use it. Also it came with a 3 yr. warranty.We finally found someone that knows what he is talking about, and knows what he is doing....Thanks Jim for everything.
