I have been in the lumber business for 37 yrs. working for my father I met Steve Kemnetz owner of Affordable Const. 30 yrs ago when he was a framer for a well known builder in Joliet when Steve decided to start his own business he chose to buy lumber from my dads lumber yard. I got to know Steve pretty good over the years as we supplied him with material . I can say with confidence that I have seen a lot of different builders and the quality of work they do and believe me I have seen it all good and bad. Steve has always been one of the more quality builders we had ever dealt with he is fair and honest and his work is top notch all of his customers raved about the quality of work Affordable Const. did for them. So if your considering any kind of construction from whole houses to garages, decks, add ons or remods I highly recommend Affordable Const. for your needs you will not be disappointed.
