Finding a mechanic you can trust is incredibly difficult. It can be a long and frustrating process. I feel incredibly lucky that I found Hartman's Firestone once I moved north of the city. They do excellent work at reasonable prices and always keep you in the loop with respect to 1) what work is required; and 2) what the cost will be. When I drop a vehicle off at Hartman's, I know they are looking out for my best interests in the most economically feasible way possible.

I've been to a ton of mechanics in cranberry and have gotten taken advantage of at every place except here. They are very honest and timely. I really can't say enough about them.

Still sitting in the lobby 2 hours after my car was supposed to be ready. A tire change has always taken less than an hour at every other shop. Going on 4 hours and I'm paying top dollar.
