I was there to purchase a motorcycle, I had a deal set up with one of the employees to purchase the vehicle on the next day. Even though they were going to take the selling sticker off the bike and set it aside for me, I arrived with money in hand that afternoon only to learn the bike had already been sold out from under me that morning. Due to this kind of thing being ok according to their business ethic I will never use them for purchase or repair of a motorcycle. I was not even offered a real solution just told to "keep my ear to the ground" while trying to find another motorcycle.
