Historically I seem to have bad experiences when I invite contractors into my home. It always seems that whenever someone comes to work, they leave my house in a mess. I was pleasantly surprised last week when I had to call for service to my heat pump. It was running all the time and still the temperature wouldnt rise above 65. Mr. Parker explained to me that it was just a problem with my thermostat not signalling for the electric heat to come on. He changed the thermostat and checked the system to be sure it was operating properly before he left. He and his technician were courteous and friendly and were very careful and respectful of my home. I couldnt tell they had been here when they left except for the fact that I wasn't cold anymore! I highly recommend them.

Last fall Mr. Parker came out and installed a 15 Seer system in my home. We were replacing an older 10 seer unit. He explained the advantages of upgrading to a more energy efficient model and we've saved on our energy bill since! He was prompt and courteous. We've been using Parker Service Company for several years now for annual service and maintenance and he's always arrived on time and been very professional. He always explains his findings to me in a way that a "non contractor" would understand. I highly recommend this business!

Mr. Parker arrived at home home within his scheduled arrival window and was very professional an courteous. He explained everything to me so that I understood what the problem with my system was and the repair options before he proceeded with any repairs. He was very careful in entering and exiting my home as to not distrupt things or leave things out of order. I will use this contractor again and recommend him for all your heating and cooling needs.

They are a local service company and are one of the nicest and most pleasant to work with that has been to our home. We are 100% pleased with their service and would refer them anytime.

Quick turn around time, was the best price around town, honest and trust worthy Service Company. Found a part for a very old unit so I did not have to replace the whole unit. Very appreciative for his honesty and hard work for my family.
