I have had static on my phone for weeks. I have made appointments and they say they will come to the house. They never show up. Excuses like it can be fixed from the field. Or they don’t know where the wires are located. The cable splicers will fix it tomorrow. Then they will have to come to the home. This is the fourth day I have set at home waiting. They say they will follow up the next day but they don’t. The static was so bad they hung up on me twice. They can hear how bad it is. When I call they say they have an open ticket and can see the number of times I have reported it. Still no repair. I can’t use my phone but they want the bill paid on time. Would not recommend them. If I could give them a zero I would.
