COMPLETE bad service.. With a lame apology.

I called and ordered a pizza, this is the second time this happened I specifically asked for some little packs of crushed red pepper and told no problem and didn't receive it. Then also today I was told I would receive my pizza in exactly 30 min. An hour later I'm calling to find out where my pizza is. We had a power outage they said, I live right around the corner and my pizza was almost cold when I received it.
