7/14/14Today my boyfriend tried to deposit some cash into mine and my Mother's bank acct. My mother is bedridden and I have the responsibility for Sunday thru Tuesday. Mother has deposits each month for retirement. We have a mortgage pmt and WST pmt coming thru today and I needed to place cash into the account to be sure it was credited the same day. NO WAY said they....I would have to come and put in the cash. Is it that hard for you people to look up our account, call my phone # and ask me a few questions, especially after me friend told you the circumstances? Resource Bank DOES THIS. I also have a mortgage with Chase and you took that payment. Shame on you for your unbending rules. Gwen Lussan
