0 STARS.. PUT 1 BECAUSE THEY SAID I HAD TO RATE... I had a horrible experience here. A girl named Lowell agreed to do my daughter's BOX braids for $90 and did a disgusting job. I guess that's what i get for trusting a parlor inside Walmart to do hair. She did not complete her job but i did pay for the service. Only because I was told to complete it at home because they were not equipped with the tools needed to finish the job. I only agreed because her hair was in a ponytail and i could not see it down. Once home and braids were taken out of high ponytail it was a disaster!!! I did what i was told to do to finish the job i paid her for and it still did not work! After calling back to ask if there was something she could advise me to do or if i could come back to resolve the problem she told me ''oh well you left and agreed to fix it''. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! So i advise if you are reading this i recommend you to have a recommendation for a particular stylist if you choose to use their services.
