I have always had problems with Charter. I just added television back to my service a couple of days ago. The technician neglected to install a new modem necessary to make Wi-Fi possible with the new set up. I had Wi-Fi to begin with but after he got through I didn't have it anymore. I called charter and they said he should have installed another box and explained that now I would have to pay for the new box and a monthly fee because my old box, which he took with him, is no longer compatible with their system. And I would have to pay for someone to come bring it out here to me after I already paid for the installation even though it was the technician's mistake for not installing it. He also left the TV on the floor knowing that it was too heavy for me to pick up. Not happy.

Very Fast Service! The representative offered me a great price and no installation charges, with no equipment to buy. The following day a technician was at my door, we love high speed internet, it is so fast! Great experience, thanks again Charter!
