Most unprofessional staff ever. They really know how to keep you at a distance. Waited over 3hours for simple blood test. Just because I was 5mins late
They have no compassion for anyone

You are not able to talk to a real person. Can only make an appointment using the computer. This slows down the call and it makes mistakes. It took forever to use the computer because it didn't understand especially the letter K it took at least three tries to get the computer to understand They need to have an operator option it would have taken less time! They do well at drawing blood especially hard sticks. I just want an option to talk to a live person as it would have made my call more expedient
