I went there today and took my clock to get it repaired. The owner was very helpful and nice. He told me about my clock and told me what was wrong with my clock and gave me a great price! I went to 2 other places but this was by far the best! I also took my watch to get a battery and he did it in 5 minutes! It was great I loved it! Very nice people!

Took a 39-year old Mickey Mouse clock in to be repaired. The nicest gentleman (I think the owner) assisted me. He gave me recommendations on whether to go with a battery-operated motor or to replace the motor with an electric one. Took care of me and was welcoming to another customer at the same time. I wouldn't hesitate to return there for any clock or watch repair.

Went to this shop, and the people are not that accomodating, the guy just look at the clock that i brought in for repair, did not even listen to what i need to say and instantly gave me a steep price, i keep on telling him about a missing part and yet he keeps on saying about replacing the whole mechanism and then he says the chimes will not be working anymore, because this, because that. Then he says, you live the clock now or not? what a service!!!
