This Company (Arrow towing LLC) is SHADY. They towed my car for allegedly being parked in a handicap stall, however a valid placard was hanging from mirror. When I picked dup the vehicle Money was missing from inside and there was damage to the exterior of the vehicle as well as to the keyless entry system that no longer works. It is clear that they broke into the car to remove the handicap placard then took a photo of the car showing no placard. I call and they give me the address of the tow yard. Upon arrival there is nobody there. I callback and they say oh you need to make an appointment. All employees are rude and none of them will give you their last name and nobody seems to know who the owner is. They denied taking money and damage to car and when asked what they will do about damage they said "NADA" I guess this is Spanish for nothing. They manager Eric refused to provide last lame or name of the Owner. He said to sue them and he hung up. I will see them in court.



I you are a property owner and you are considering entering into a contract with Arrow Towing LLC I would highly recommend against it. They will end up costing you money and you will be liable for having them act as your agent!!!
