What a great experience! Ed Screens and his crew did an amazing job on my SUV. He picked it up from my work and brought it back at the time he promised - my truck looks brand new and hasn't looked this good since the day I bought it! I will use them again and he even gave me $10.00 off the price because they moved! I will be taking in our other car too to get it ready for the winter!Thanks Ed for being so nice! Susie

This is definately the place to go if you want your care to look like new. I have been going to I Detail since 2004 and would never go anywhere else. The work they do is excellant. He has moved to McCook so call for directions. I have refered relatives and friends and all have been well satisfied with the work!

THE SHOP CHARGED ME $35.00 FOR A CAR WASH, I THOUGHT THAT WAS A LOT OF MONEY FOR THAT SERVACE. SO I DID NOT TIP THE GUYS, THE OWNER TOLD ME NOT TO COME BACK, AFTER I PAID FOR THE WASH. THAT IS MY CHOICE TO TIP OR NOT. THE OWNER IS A ASSHOLE.

awfully ignorant owner, was extremely rude and argumentative take your car to the detail shop a few blocks away on 57th and Lagrange road or to Fullers where you can expect the employees to be grateful and appreciative of their customers!

I Detail is hands down the best car wash in the Southwestern Suburbs! I won't ever go to Fuller's or Turtle Wax again, because nothing beats the price or the quality that I get from I Detail ($25 for a detail wash). I make it there about once every two weeks or so depending on the weather, and every time I pull out of the lot, I feel like I'm leaving in a brand new car! It's best to call in advance and set up an appointment, and expect about a 30 minute wait while your car is being washed (they do an extremely thorough job!). You won't regret taking your car to I Detail!

If you can get past the arrogance and rudeness of the owner, this is one of the best places to have your car detailed. Nothing was missed, true attention to detail work. I even had my engine cleaned and it looks brand new. These workers know what they are doing and they do it exceptionally well. Owner has some issues with always wanting the last word and he is not a people person. He's very customer UN-friendly. The workers are very professional and the business thrives inspite of the owner. Makes me wonder how much better they would do if he sold to someone with a personality. Go for the detail work and try to overlook
