After over 100 visits I can say my favorite place is my favorite place for a reason.

Placed an order to go, lady was rude. Food was all wrong. Place has gone downhill.

I am very annoyed at my experience with this restaurant. We had dinner one evening and were unhappy with our experience. I was contacted by a manager and was promised coupons and gift card. She never folowed through with this. I was also called back by a second manager?supervisor later that evening and told her I already talked to someone concerning the issues. This supervisor said we can go thorugh it again, and midway through a sentence she said forget and hung up. I felt this was very rude and unprofessional. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurent but the customer service was not up to my expectations. Thank you, jill choate

I'm not sure with wings are the Best Ever, but they are indeed good. We have gone several times with my two kids and received great service and very good food and drinks. Do recommend!

My husband won a gift certificate and we had lunch there. We got there around 1:45 pm and left at 4pm. My husband ordered a hamburger that was not fully cooked and I ordered Gyro and the meet was over cooked and they gave me the wrong sauce for it. While waiting for our food I noticed a roach crawling on the wall next to where I was sitting, I showed my husband. After we got our food we saw two more roaches one of which was on the table and I killed it. Yum! They have free refills on soda and not once did anybody ask if we wanted a refill yet others were getting refills regularlly. I also question why you don't have to pay anything extras for onion rings when cole slaw and fries come with the meal, the onion rings which were not any good. Needless to say, we did not leave a tip. The food was horrible and the service was even worse. I do not recomemd this place to anyone, nor will I ever go there again. quaker steak and lube have the best wings and the best wing selections i know of the price was great and so was the food i plan on returning for more real soon

I should have taken $25 bucks and lit on fire it in the parking lot than spent it at this restaurant. Terrible food and a terrible night manger

I have been here twice and found the food to be very much in the category of fast food but at restaurant prices. I guess the whole carnival atmosphere might be great for parents with kids but this is not a serious restaurant by any means.
