So happy to have been directed to Baldwin’s Budget Batteries in Council Bluffs! I was assisted quickly and professionally. So nice to find an automotive facility that you feel you can trust!

Visited this place today excellent price real friendly people will recommend to everyone real good place

I called and asked about a reconditioned battery. Was quoted a price of 43 dollars. I asked if they would hold one until I got there. I would leave immediately but lived about 55 miles away. The guy told me he had a few of them and would hold one for me. I arrived at the shop approximately 1 hour later. The guy asked what battery I wanted and I gave him the make and model of the car. He shakes his head and says, "No, I don't have any more of the reconditioned ones. I have new ones for $70.00." I told him I had been told one would be held for me. He blamed it on his "assistant" Burt and said he could give me a 10.00 discount on a new one. I told him I had spent that much in gas getting to his shop! He said well actually it would be more because its an $80.00 battery (The price changed all of the sudden!) I told him that was called "Bait and Switch". He then ignored me and went to talk with someone he knew. Thank you goes to the gentleman who was behind me who shook his head and walked out taking his business elsewhere! I will never go there or refer anyone there again!

I used to have great luck with this business now they must of got New owners or something bc they were clueless and the service went way down hill.This place is CLOSED FOREVER due to bad business . Not recommended

i couldn't believe the amount of money i saved by coming here. the employees were very friendly and helpful
