After another carpet service cleaned my carpet twice and the wicking kept reappearing they returned my money and told me there was nothing that could be done to clean the carpet. Another professional carpet service told me it was because I had used Resolve carpet crystals and I had a dog. I called AAAA. Well, well Patrick and Daniel arrived said there would not be a problem, finished the job in an hour. 2 weeks later the carpet is still clean and not one sigh of the wicking problem. They also charged $50 less than the previous company!! I just can't say enough great stuff about those boys, they are great, fun, courteous and efficient and very professional.
