I am shocked and appalled at Tre Performance's attitude towards me.

After returning an unused fuel filter that I purchased for $54 within 60 days, they never contacted me. So, two weeks later I followed up with email. Finally, 4 days later they replied. Now they attest that I hadn't returned it within their 30-day limit, and also had clicked on their "terms and conditions" stating this. . . Who reads the terms and conditions when ordering online? More significantly, their return policy was not stated on the paper receipt that came with the fuel filter. Even after I pointed out that AutoZone's return policy is 90 days, and PepBoys is 60 days, TrePerformance wouldn't show any grace. Their responses to me show no mercy, profits-first, and customers-last. They have my returned merchandise, and you can bet they will sell it, and make another profit.
