Susan operates her clinic in Costa Mesa like a surgery center. Clean, sterile and you could eat off of the floor. When you walk into her clinic you are greeted and given 6 pages of paperwork to fill out. She needs to know your medical history, medications and homeopathics you are taking, as well as seeing the reasons you want to have a permanent makeup procedure performed. If you are considered a 'High Risk' person she will not work on you.



I wanted my eyebrows to look like hair strokes. She discussed the procedure with me and showed me photos of what I could look like. She cleansed my brows and drew on my brows. She said that she was going to trace my brows and they would look like just what she drew on. No surprises!



This is the only clinic I would recommend you go to for your permanent makeup. You even have to witness her opening a sterile new needle set up and watch her dispose of the needle into the sharps container (just like in the Dr's office). She does not touch anything with her gloves like I have witnessed other technicians do.



She is over the top in cleanliness and her work is outstanding.
