This firm is simply amazing. With me starting out my own business I needed that extra help. They know what their doing and get the job . They are reliable as well as trustworthy. The staff has the go getter attitude. Very helpful and precise. I highly recommend them.

Getting a videographer was on the bottom of my wedding list... but after seeing our wedding highlights and video, it was one of the best decisions we made! Serg was delight to work with. I suggested what I wanted in the wedding highlights and they delivered. I also told them what type of music I like and they accommodated the highlights to match my taste. The editing and cinematography was great! We've received so many compliments :)



Perfect Video was always responsive with my inquiries and respected our space on the day of the wedding. They use professional equipment so the video was so clear on our 80" LCD display.

Owner did not communicate well....he failed to mention there would be an extra charge to print a label for the B side of audio cassettes I was having duplicated. Who knew?? I would have been glad to pay for them, but he did not mention that small detail, and found out by unpleasant surprise when I got back to my office, that they had not labeled the B side.



I called the owner, and he ARGUED LOUDLY with me about "did I know how much time it would have taken to print labels for side B?" I had already waited 20 minutes at their office for them to complete the A side, after he told me on the phone 1 hour earlier that they were ready to pick up! 20 more minutes I presume! It was July 4th eve and too late to take them back to Costa Mesa, 15 miles each way. We needed these for classes at our college 7/7 a.m. So I labeled them by hand...I will not go back or refer others to them.
