I met Maurice over 30 years ago, through a mutual friend. I became a customer immediately and have owned multiple Mercedes over the past three decades from vintage models to late model AMG's and I highly recommend Maurice and his crew, Jose, Chris and the rest of his mechanics. He is simply the best on all levels, honesty, knowledge, integrity, service, price and kindness. His kindness and compassion is not found in the car business. Maurice is my go to guy for everything Mercedes! He has done multiple major repairs, restorations as well as numerous minor services for all of my cars over the past 30 years.

I have been bring my Mercedes here since I got it. He does it all here. From small things like a tune up to major things. I have not had to have anything major done to my car. So, a couple of weeks ago I had a freak of an accident happen with my car. I rolled up my window (driver side) and the window shattered into a million of little pieces. All the while it stayed in tact up in one piece never shattering on my lap. So, I brought my CL 500 Brabus in to get fixed.. $900 for the window, $600 to replace the motor for the window and $200 for installation.. YAY...

I've known Maurice since the 80's and have never had a reason to take my cars anywhere but to him. He provides excellent work at a fair price. When he quotes a time for the work to be completed, you can set your clock to it. I really can't compare what a dealer would charge as I've never considered taking my vehicles to a dealer, but I decided to check the difference today. I have my car at Maurice's as I write this. Total parts and labor for this particular issue is $400. I called Fletcher Jones and they quoted me $1,700. I think that about tells the story. This is the longest standing business relationship I have.....for a reason.

Just had minor service to my 90 560 SEL. Maurice was actually referred to me by one of his competitors! His competitor didn't feel comfortable working on my model of car but said that Maurice was certainly able to. He was a perfect gentleman, friendly and honest. less than 24 hours later my car was ready and fixed. He has earned my business for life.

I had this steering problem in my benz for a year and had taken my fairly new car to the dealer and several mechanics and no one could figure the darn thing out. Maurice fixed the steering and the breaks the very next day - like how pros behave! He has a lot of integrity! I paid my bill and left to run errands. Several hours later I reached into my purse and found his Iphone (identical to mine) . I figured I must of picked it up off his desk - so I drove it back to him and he was kind enough to give me a nice bottle of wine for my honesty. This guy is a good man! He is also a big fan of turtles and his loving family.

Today I picked up my Mercedes S430 sedan from Maurice. The car was well do for some serious care. It has about 85,000 miles on it and is in very good even excellent cosmetic shape. That was not the case mechanically until today.Lead shop mechanic Chris Mattox took on the extensive work necessary for my car. Necessary because of miles, not neglect. The car ran well when it went to the shop.Today it runs better than it did the day I drove it off the dealer lot. It is so smooth and quiet that inside the car, it is hard to know that it is running. All of its seeping leaks are gone, fluids fresh, seals replaced, front end suspension absolutely perfect (no pull of any kind), just a pleasure to drive.It is significant to note that Chris did the work while Maurice was out of town and while he was charged with managing the shop. Still, my car is PERFECT. My sincere thanks to Chris Mattox and to the Maurice team. What a tremendous job, superbly done.

Chris, who worked on my car was obviously very knowledgeable. He was super friendly, went above and beyond and even finished ahead of schedule. The cost was night and day compared to the dealership. Finding an honest mechanic is a rarity these days, so I was extremely happy to have found Maurice.

I would like to thank you for giving me my start in the automotive industry and the valuable lessons you taught me about quality workmanship and to take pride in your work. And caring enough to help into my next opportunity I am forever grateful I know all your customers are very glad to have you, they are fortunate to have you. As a business man, entrepreneur, teacher and leader I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

An honest mechanic is hard to find. I've been to Maurice for a few repairs and I know how expensive things can get when you have a 25 year old car. I've had my motor mounts and a flex seal on the back of my 1988 300E done there. I believe I saved about $200 over what Fletcher Jones quoted. It needs a few more things to be perfect but it runs like a tank. I know that when I have a simple problem with idle or stalling that Maurice will give me an accurate diagnosis. Jose the mechanic is awesome and knows his stuff; I'm sure the other mechanics there are great too. I'm still trying to finish school and am on a limited budget so I appreciate what this place has to offer. On another note its not too often that you go to get work done on your car then get invited to a barbecue at the facility during the weekend.

These guys are the best in the business at fixing Mercedes' cars. I've been going to Maurice for many years and he and his work staff are honest and they get the work done in a proper amount of time. Also, Maurice gives you the facts and doesn't pressure you to do something more than you feel you can afford or feel you don't need done at the time. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Number one in my book. It is hard to find a great mechanic that is honest and reliable. I was referred to Maurice Mercedes auto repair and have never looked back. If if is oil change, brake repairs, or major service they do the best job and are fair on prices. I cant find any other repair shop that I can trust with my sl500 & E320.

Maurice and Chris are very professional and easy to work with. I am not an easy customer and they were very patient and helpful. I recommend them for any repairs to your Mercedes. They are the best.
