CLOSED NOW - Opens at 8:00am

The turn-around time for ceramic knives is appallingly slow, as if "customer service" has gone out the window. I sent in two knives that Kyocera received on 5 Sep, and now it is the 25th of Sep, nearly 3 weeks later, and I still don't have the knives. Shame on you, Kyocera. Maybe you have another sharpening facility closer that will provide GOOD service? If so, please advise me. Sheesh!
