Very frustrating business and worthiest customer services ever my advice give your business to some appreciated Please find the summery experience of during phone call and visiting the office as following:

- Agent Not aware what he selling not understanding the product, what's the deterrent between Full size car and stander car

- Broken promises with them customer

- Zero customer satisfaction and provide no help in many ways as we asked the agent and manger.

- Simply they don't care about them customer.

I got a Chevy Malibu had a major problem alarm key not work so the car not looked by any chance I called day before I went to switch the car with any other full size and they will confirmed that will be easy because they already got the paper work went the second day to switch a bit early as we agree find out the office not open yet wait for few min's then they open - no smile - no grading I explain to him that I called yesterday / Enterprise Rent-A-Car agent Sadreck and he confirmed that I am able to switch to other full size car after I show him that the car not able to lock by any chance he said we not able to do this because we are so busy now after he check with his manger I got nothing from him and his manger only he rush me out and saying there is nothing I can do about it try anther branch 10 miles away from them I ask him if there is any way to find if the other branch have full size car he answer no we are pretty busy now and he manger was able to hear that.

Lossing customer that them bus. strategy I will never be back again. MY advice give your business to some appreciated
