The sales process was wonderful; thanks to my sales person Kevin Cory and the manager Ken this waa a smooth transaction that could not have gone any better. This is my second top of the product line Cadillac from this dealership. I also received great after sales support from Kevin and I look forward to continuing my relationship with my service advisor Sal Garcia and the rest of the team there. The Suburban group customer satisfaction philosophy is working!!

Took my car for an oil change, had an appointment on the 2nd which was the long weekend never got a call back when I called back which was around 12noon the service center was closed. Talk to the manager in the sales department he transferred me to a manager they can approve a loaner car until Tuesday left Kang a message on voicemail didn't get a call back called the sales manager never pickup my calls went to the receptionist and the keep transferring me to other voicemails then I called on Sunday the sales manager transferred me to Anthony manager that can get access to my car left message never got a call back. I had to find a ride to work on Monday and missed half of day of work on Tuesday to pick up my car the guy that help me was Jim Olson had said that he called me twice about my car but realized he miss dialed my number never attempted to check the paper work or there system to verify the number I was supposed to get a call back from management but never did.

My ex my experience was awesome! Cruz,Jonathan,Lisa,Maria and all others always make my visit a great visit. The atmosphere is comfortable. I love the new building. I got only the best and that is awesome! Thank you so much for having a well trained knowledgeable employees to put into action great customer service for all my cares and needs and making me and my family feel safe on the road thank you.
