I needed an opener installed on my garage door. I saw the great reviews on the internet, and I sent an e-mail request via their web site. I didn't hear back, so I called the next day. They hadn't received the electronic message, so if you want these guys (and you should), use the phone. I talked with John, who was very helpful and knowledgeable on the phone. We made a prompt appointment for the next day. John was there on time, prepared, professional, fast and thorough. He fixed up the door, installed the opener, checked it out and explained everything. His service was all I could have asked for! I wish everyone was a good!!

Great experience with this company! Service professional, Dean, called to give an estimated arrival time - and arrived promptly as stated. After diagnosing the problem, worked quickly to replace parts and gave a thorough overview of many forgotten safety features! Would certainly recommend to family/friends in need of garage door repairs!

Technician arrived on time, had the necessary parts to complete the repairs after one of the old torsion springs broke unexpectedly. Technician also inspected the entire door opening system to ensure continued and safe operation. Finally, technician was patient answering my questions in a professional manner.

I called David based on reviews I found in the internet, and was not disappointed! He was very knowledgeable about the problems I was having (springs, bad motor, etc..). He set us up with new garage door openers, and completely tuned up the doors and springs. Price was very reasonable. David was friendly, professional, and on-time. I highly recommend him.

All these reviews are true. David is extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He set up our new garage door opener, and also did preventative maintenance on our garage door (fix all the hinges and springs). He also patched our crack in our garage door so it wouldn't get any worse (we've been waiting for to replace it now for 2 years). We are extremely satisfied and highly recommend him. We called David after purchasing an older home with ancient garage door hardware. David came the next day, inspected everything and in the end set us up with a modern garage door opener, remotes, a wall remote and new springs. We were very happy with the price and time that it took to complete the work. He was here for less than 3 hours and our garage door is as good as new! I would highly recommend David to any of my friends.

My 30-year-old garage door opener expired and David could not fix it. But he did put in a new one that had to be oddly configured to accommodate a closet in the garage. The job was down quickly, on time and for a fair price. One problem: The new door is so quiet you can't hear it open when you have an NBA game on and were supposed to be otherwise engaged.

My garage door springs were broken for my one car garage, and I called a few places before reaching these guys, but these guys had the best prices for springs and my friends also recommended me to this company.
