I recently used Cortez Cab to pick my son and I up from KOA campground to get a rental car in town to use to go visit Mesa Verde National Park. They responded to my original e-mail in a timely fashion. I called to remind them to pick us up at the KOA on the day of our arrival in Cortez. Someone immediately answered the phone. Our driver, Ed, was on time at KOA for our pick-up and he was even waiting for us when we dropped off the rental car on a Sunday morning. I did not have to call to remind them, as Ed said that we were on "the board" to be picked on Sunday when he originally dropped us off at the car rental place. Overall, a great, timely service with clean, air-conditioned cars and reasonable rates. I feel any previous bad reviews are completely unwarranted. I highly recommend this service.

The best on-demand transportation in the Four Corners (Cortez) area! Clean and comfortable vehicles! Dependable, affordable, and very accomodating! A definate improvement in Cortez!
