I scheduled an appt with exodus because all of the great things I had heard about their service. I took time off of work to wait for someone to come over, nobody ever showed up!!!!!! Not even a courtsery call to inform me of what was going on!!! I waited 30 min. before I decided to call them. When I did all I got was voicemail. I called a second time to find out that the mailbox was full!! I did leave a message the first call and still 3 days later I have not heard from them. Very dissappoiting to find out how unprofessional they are. I would not reccomend them!!!!! I will definitley go with another company.

Eloy came out within an hour of my emergency call & fixed my door without any added charges. I had called 3 other companies and the one that did show up was triple the price. I will only use Exodus Door Inc. for all of my garage door & opener needs & recommend them to everyone.
