I called up sos tv when my toddler accidently spilled wine on the tv set. I really didn't want to go buy a whole new tv over one incident. Bobby came out and was really straight forward with me. Tv fixed, happy wife, happy life. I Would use again if anything else were to occur in the future.

I am so impressed with the guys who helped me today with my camera repair. Bobby and Tony were so friendly, and above all else, honest!! I was so lucky to find them. Bobby was very helpful and Tony fixed my camera within minutes! I would highly recommend them!

Bobby's customer service is 5-star. He came out on a Saturday to pick up our Samsung plasma TV. He provided a loaner TV to use while ours was being fixed, which was an unexpected and welcome bonus. He made sure our TV was in good working order and even reprogrammed our remote! I highly recommend SOS of Corona del Mar.

SOS repaired my mitsubishi tv the same day, fair price and quick service. They know how to fix. No run around and gimmicks. The tech was neat and professional and polite, very knowledgable and knew the answer to all questions that I asked.

SOS repaird my 50" Panasonic Plasma with bunch of vertical lines in just two days. It works great. Two weeks later my 42" Samsung was not turning on and they fixed it the same day. That is called quick service and their name speaks for it self, SOS.

On a recent Thursday night my wife and I were staring at our new Magnolia home Performance Center which we had recently bought at Best Buy and had the Geek Squad deliver.and set-up. It had been working perfectly, but we had no sound and no picture. We did not know what to do. So I made six phone calls for technical support, scrolling through yellow pages.com Geek Squad could not come out until next week. No one else returned my call except for S.O.S. TV. I explained the problems to the technician who arrived promptly next day. He was a polite, friendly and competent repair man. The fee was reasonable. The work was quickly done. Since we take our television viewing seriously, we were both quite relieved, THANK YOU, S.O.S..

The best serivce, I've ever had. Very professional, and fare on the prices. The staff are very courteous, and polite. You can really talk to them, and they have solutions for your problems. The well qualified techs make house calles all over O.C. areas. I am relly lucky and glad that I called them. I called many other TV shops to repair my electronics, but always had delays, and new stories. One of the shops had my TV for 7 weeks. Finally they could not fix it and brought it back in pieces, but it SOS 2 days to diagnose the problem and 3 days to fix.
