Management is rude and when you tell them something needs to be fixed like your heater, they give you a space heater to "fix" the problem. The area is not safe. There are crazies hyped up on drugs of all kinds, drug dealers, gang members, prostitutes, and Megan's Law offenders galore. Housekeeping is horrible. They don't clean toilets or bathtubs. You have to get on them to get them to change your bed linens and many times they forget to bring your towels back after they take the dirty ones. Maintenance is practically nonexistent. The place has roaches and ants. The decor is horrible. If you need extra blankets, towels, or pillows...bring your own because they won't be providing them. You get three lumpy and flat (I don't know how they accomplish this, but they do) pillows, two threadbare and rough towels and wash cloths, two sheets that don't fit the bed, one blanket and one bedspread that has cigarette burns in it. If you do stay there...bring a gun and mace. If you're a down on your luck family, please, go elsewhere. The management will treat you like you're less than a person.
