I was in terrible pain when I went to get my consultation. It was very expensive but I had to try something else, all I've done didn't work very well. My own doctor said he couldn't do much else. The treatments seem to work and trying to follow all the instructions seem to improve my situation. The office gave me a machine to help the circulation and some pills to help the nerve pain. The cream they issued helped also. I feel I my treatments were cut too soon. I kept ordering the cream & pills until the girls at the desk made mistakes I didn't get my orders. I called to see if I could go pick up some pills, they told me yes. When I got there they said they didn't have any. (waste of time and gas). I gave them my phone number to have them call when the shipment came in, they said they would, They never did. that was almost a year ago, never heard a thing from them. Oh, I did get several mailers to attend a meeting about neuropathy, (like I was a new patient). I kept using the foot machine and it does help somewhat. I found the cream they use and I still buy it, can't find the pills they issued. I thank them for helping but for the amount of money I paid them it should have been longer treatments or at least able to return now and then for a little tune-up. The people there lied about my orders and lied about calling me when the shipment arrived. I had other areas to treat and those got better but I needed surgery on my shoulder. Still looking for my pills (waiting).
