wish i could give 0 stars!!! BAD BUSINESS!!! they took my money and ran. We signed an agreement to receive half our money back (around 3000 dollars) if no modification could be made. Years later no mod, no refund and we are nearing the loss of our home. They told me not to call the bank, to miss my mortgage payments, etc... I chose poorly but you don't have to.

signing up with Inland Loan Services- ONE OF THE WORST MISTAKES OF MY LIFE! Almost lost my home because of these people. They are shady and want you to "trust" them. I spent years with them and no modification and no refund.
