Provided by YP.comHorrible customer service. Inadequate information on the statements. Not up to date with technology. They add and take amounts on the bills as they please without explanation of how we are being charge for water. Edison and the gas company offer a detailed invocation every month. They don't even understand their own system. Just horrible.
