We have lived in this park for over six years and the management is hell. Every month we are getting a notice for something. Our home is one of the nicest in the park. You will be written up for things like having a couple brown spots on your lawn and if you park in guest parking you will come back to see your car with a big tow notice on it!!!



We have put our home up for sale because of the management in this park they have a power trip and there is no end to their madness. Stay far away from this place!!!



We are a white family...

This park is really nice and quiet and very well taken care of, but when it comes to management they are always seeing the littlest things wrong in your property to tell you that your in violation of the rules, and that how it is for us. Not one month has gone by when i have a notice in my mailbox about something wrong in my property. I dont know if its racism cause im hispanic or what. Ill let you guys judge that...
