Provided by YP.comI've read all the negative reviews, but I have used these guys several times. Up until today, I have had no problems. Today a machine I rented, for two days, had an issue after three hours of use. When I took it back every person there expressed regret. I was not blamed for the breakdown! My entire fee was returned! When I said that I wouldn't mind paying for the three hours I did get, I was told "no, we would just rather you come back!" I will be happy to go back. I couldn't be happier. Great outfit!!!

Provided by YP.comThis is a family owned and run business and I have rented mostly cars from them. They have been extremely good to me, going to mat with Hertz when necessary to keep me happy. I'm surprised by some of the critical reviews because the customers I see in there seem to have a great relationship with them all, including their two very cool dogs. Easily a 5 star gig for me.
