Having the corner on moving equipment in I.C. and Coralville seems to make the customer service an unneeded item. If you hate a job and people they will hire you. Would not recommend and would go in if you do go with the the bar very low.

I've already called twice for my upcoming move and both times they were friendly and informative. They helped me decide what would be the best sized truck for my move and asked the proper questions to make sure they were telling me the right size.

Both times that I called this location to ask for information the people I spoke too were rude and had little knowledge of the the product they were selling. I found out more by looking on the internet. Save your time and call elsewhere. Calling this facility will leave you with none of your questions anwered and a extreme irritation from the poor customer service.
