The initial sales person was helpful until it came down to actually getting the hats made. Had to wait 2 hours to find out the only person who could make the hats was still over an hour away. How do you hire someone and not train them, it made no sence and was a waste of my time. Upset and i recommend that no one goes here. Very poor customer service

Just needed a simple company logo placed on a polo shirt, and brought an example shirt in to use as a guide. The placement and don't size were both improper and the owners response was that I should just try it on as though that would make it better. Now I have wasted $50 and can't even fix the shirts. Will never trust a mall embroidery for anything that needs to look nice again.
