The owner of this shop is great with hair and does a nice professional job. BUT she conducts very bad business. She constantly over books herself, never shows up to her early appointments on time, and will constantly stop a customer's hair who has been there since the early morning to take numerous other people. Unfortunately I had to be stuck with her for the past year because I couldn't find anybody else to do rope twists the way I wanted. Today I showed up for my appointment on time and she told me that she had to leave and go somewhere. All I could do was walk out of the building. If you want your hair done nicely and have a professional experience while visiting DO NOT go here. Find another place where the owner knows how to run her business correctly !!!
