I LOVE this place. I have been MIA for about a year (life and it's obstacles) but just recently started going back and love it as much this time as I did the last time. Everyone is super nice and the place is really clean. There is so much energy when you walk in. The instructors are very attentive and the music is great. I always leave sweating and feel like I got a great work out. A+++++

Everyone is looking for weight loss, and the ILKB team will DEFINITELY help with this, but I wanted something more. The classes are fun, energetic, empowering, and most of all provide a huge sense of accomplishment. Each time I finish a workout with these gals and guys I cannot wait to go back for more! As a VERY hardworking mother, finding the time to spare without taking away time from my child weighs me down daily. Since ILKB helps me gain more energy, I feel less guilty about taking this 1 hour to myself, because I know it means so much more at the end. Thank you, thank you for bringing some of my muscles out of hiding and for shoving some fat to the curbside as extra icing on top of the cake! Love this place!

I absolutely love Ilovekickboxing Coral Springs everybody is so nice and welcoming and the instructors are great! I am so motivated I have never loved something so much! It makes you stronger and you feel amazing after I highly recommend it!!!

I had no idea what to expect from iLoveKickboxing when I first signed up, but after my first class I was hooked. The staff is amazing and they make you feel right at home. The program is high intensity, but it is also so fun that you forget that you're working out! I definitely recommend for anyone looking to get healthy, stay motivated, and have fun while doing it!
