We have been leasing Honda’s for 24 years. Today’s experience was one of the worst we’ve had. Had an appointment for 1 PM for an oil change and tire rotation. Got their at 12:35. Finally left at 4:05. It shouldn’t take that long to change oil and rotate tires. They don’t even deserve the one star I gave them. Very few people there. Gave the excuse about Covid. It’s been over a year. They should be better organized by now. Shouldn’t be using that as an excuse any more. Also, the place is freezing and the ladies room not clean.
