Maria Elena Perez has been representing my family and friends for many years. Once she accepts a case she is extremely dedicated and aggressive. She seeks all avenues and options for a successful outcome in my opinion. From state family court to criminal federal court she has tenaciously represented my interest. Maria your the BEST!!!!!!I want to start by saying that the negative reviews that have been posted are complete lies. First of all non of those people have been represented by Maria. I am a true client and feel that she is very ethical, does not scam non of her clients, she actually doesn't charge what she is worth. She fights for her clients. She has overturned convictions in her career and for being a one woman law firm she has more to offer than any attorney out there I will not change her for no one else. I completely refer her all the way. Envy is and will be apart of her life as she is the best.

I want to say that that this attorneys reputatio amongst her rea amongst her real clients is absolutely amazing. and until this day h and until this day has stopped fighting for my life. How can people judge her because she represents top criminals. Doesnt charge what she is worth. She will always be on top over what others say. As she is envied for her hard work and success.

All I'll say is she promises things that she can't deliver on. I mean when you say "all I need is 18k and I'll blow the case wide open" you should blow it wide open. Instead she just blew. Her and that client of hers just kept saying "once you get the info it won't matter they told you not to do it. You'll be the man, just like Charles F'ing Robinson". Yeah right, I lost my job over this crap. Thanks a lot Perez. I mean when you put another 4500 dollars in a convict's prison account because he needs to buy off the guys who are "ruffing" him up in the showers you expect a level of honesty. Not with these two. They just telling me everything I wanted to hear and then didn't deliver. If you wanna get used like toilet paper and waste money then hire Perez.

Is zero stars an option? Ms. Perez was very nice at first, until I realized that she cared more about charging me for a ridiculous amount of hours than actually representing me. She seemed to have a very loose grasp of the law and I got the impression that she was not to be trusted. Her answers to my questions were always so vague and overly emotional as to act as if she cared. Compared to other attorneys we have hired, she might have been the worst. I wouldn't recommend her to defend a speeding ticket let alone an actual legal matter.

This money grubbing scheister should be disbarred for unethical practices by using her subpoena power to get information on a totally unrelated case against UM

She is an exceptional lawyer who truly cares and understands her client's needs. She is a true counselor and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is facing any type of criminal problem--either Federal or State, or to anyone in a domestic dispute, divorce, or litigation overall.
