This is one of the worst appliance repair companies in the area. My home warranty sent the request for them to fix my refrigerator. It is the French door style and it wasn't cooling. The repairman came in and said it must be something with the settings, he then pressed all of the buttons and the Refrigerator and said "I don't know" he asked for the manual took off the back cover and Said it could be a hose or the compressor and again "I don't know" he took the cover off of the freezer panel then told me that I need to call samsung assuming that it was under a warranty. He didn't want me to call the home warranty company but I proceeded to anyway. He then began to tell me that he was going to make up something about a leak or tell them it was something with the warranty. I then began to beg him "please don't lie to them" I've had that happen to me once before and it was a nightmare to get the repair done. Of course he called them lied and said he saw a leak. And to add to the insult he just left the Refrigerator with pieces not connected, the back panel off and it was worse than before he showed up. You don't do people like this and for what?.....to cover yourself instead of admitting that you didn't know what you were doing. Please beware of this company, no one returned any of my calls after he left.

WORST experience EVER!!!! I have an Amana Washing machine that was getting an error code ND (no drain). I cleaned out all the drain pipes and checked for an obstruction, couldn't find one so I decided to get professional help. I called Premium Appliance Repair Plus and they said they would send a guy right over. I was initially pleased that someone could come today. He arrived in plain street clothes, no company shirt or anyway to tell him apart from any random guy and his truck was unmarked too, when I answered the door he greeted me with "hi, I'm Jeremy" I was like "ah, hey Jeremy, what's up?" I had no idea who he was. He was like "I'm here about the dryer" So I let him in. He messes around with it a bit then says, can I use your computer. He started googling how to repair the washer! He said he needed the manual the washer came with, I said I had lost it years ago in a move. He told me he was going to go get some parts and be right back. I waited all day he didn't come back, he called after diner saying that he was going to ask a previous client for their manual to borrow and come back tomorrow morning. Next day comes, I wait all day, he doesn't show! I call and he says he cant do it without the manual. Out of frustration I go online and download the PDF files of the manual and print them out for him and then tell him now will you come? He comes, glances at the manual says no that doesn't help! Messes around with washer for a bit and says I think it is the locking mechanism. I'm thinking WTF it locks just fine, it wont drain is the problem. He says he will go check some stuff out and call me back tonight. HE NEVER CALLED. So now we are officially on day three of being dicked around by these incompetent people. We call them and say, if you cant fix the washer please tell us the truth so we can hire someone else. He says he will come today and fix it. So he comes and changed out the lock, which I already mentioned wasn't broken and he is like huh, must be the board. I don't have that piece, going to have to have it overnighted. He leaves and says he will call later. My husband calls them and now they say it will take up to 5 days to get the part and will cost over 400 dollars for the piece! I am no idiot, I have already googled the piece myself and see that one would cost under a hundred bucks! I told my husband to forget it and that those incompetent scammers are not allowed in our house again! WHAT A NIGHTMARE!
