1-1/2 hrs to patch a tire. I went out back to see what was taking so long and saw that my truck was on a lift, 8 feet high. The guy said he was "checking the front end". I told them get my truck down and put the wheel on, 15 mins later they finally brought it out, with the passenger side facing away from view. Later I found that one of the lug nuts was missing, and 2 of the other 4 weren't even hand tight. I read some google reviews, and they had done this to at least 3 other people. I'm positive they intentionally sabotage customers' vehicles so that they can charge for repairs. Cowardly scum- all of them.

Nice and pleasant with reasonable prices. The best part no hidden fees or agendas.

Bill's Garage has been in business for many years. They have a reputation for good work and fair prices. I have had them service my cars and trucks with great results.

They have worked on my suv and my husband's truck within the last few months. They completed an overhaul on my brakes this last time. They were professional, affordable, and did great work. I was in a rush and they helped me out. It felt like a family run business. Will definitely do business with them again.

Bill's in Copperas Cove has helped me keep a few older vehicles on the road and helped me keep them safe too. My son has taken my 87 and my 97 to him anytime I need work done that I can not do it due to travel. I always get all my state inspections done here.

Went in to replace missing exhaust pipe, expecting to spend hundreds of dollars. Got a quote, and the repair was only 40 dollars. Not to mention, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the repair was done in less than a hour. I was very impressed which doesnt happen too often when it comes to dealing with automotive repairs. Highly recommend to others.

Had already had Auto Zone do diags and after driving car, looking up info on internet I was convinced it was a bad cam shaft sensor or wiring. I had called other places and they were insisting I had to pay $75 to have a further diagnostic done before they would even give me an estimate. Bill's place gave me an estimate and were willing to go with my directions to just replace the sensor. They did this and were even cheaper than the estimate due to finding the part at a cheaper than expected price. I drove the car around afterwards and no more check engine light! I love that they were willing to believe that I was not an idiot and follow my instructions. Diagnostics are a good thing normally but I had checked this out thourghly before hand. I will gladly trust this shop with all of my future repair needs!

I took my car in for repair and I didn't agree with the diagnosis that I needed a new Engine. I went to pick the car up and it hadn't been put back together. Engine parts were on the floor of the car. Then I made the terrible mistake of voicing my dissatisfaction in front of other customers and the 'owner' (I think) began yelling at me and cursing at me and came toward me to the point where the lady behind the desk stepped in front of him. I towed the car to another shop where they replaced a gasket and now it is running great. I wanted to rate them zero bu it won't let me.



This place could improve by providing accurate diagnoses of repairs needed. Also, if the employees or employer has no people skills, have them stay away from customers.

I stopped in for an alignment and set the basic parameters for the "you don't do anymore then what I ask without consulting with me first conversation." Eventually, I was told that if any worn or broken parts prevent them from completing the alignment I would be charged 40 bucks if I did not have them fix the parts. Furthermore, I do not believe I would had been told this unless I specifically asked. After asking for my keys back and explaining that this fee seemed too high, I was given subtle attitude. Based on my experience, go somewhere else.
