Dropped my wedding ring off to get fixed...7 weeks went by and not a word. Left her literally over 5 messages and did not get one return call. After 8 weeks I walked in and she was just sitting there on the phone. I told her you've had my ring for 8 weeks and I left you several messages and you didn't return one of them. All she said was " sorry about that" and handed me back my unfixed ring. Total lack of professionalism....STAY AWAY!!!

Karen has a really beautiful store with a lot of custom jewelry. They were very nice & helped me with a ring I wanted made. Very nice experience. I had shopped around & I just felt very comfortable in her store & her price was really good on top of it. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
