Customer service is terrible at this place along with there sister store krypton. I brought 60 dollars worth of product on Friday 3/1/19 told me I could bring it back in 48 hours if I didnt like it. Brought it back Sunday 3/3/19. Same person Charlie i spoke to would not return the products i purchased because he was not there at work. The young kid he had working there was very rude and told me to come back tomorrow and Charlie would honor the return since it was 48 hours since purchase. I return Monday 3/4/19 when I spoke to Charlie in person and he wouldnt honor my return because it's been 3 days since purchase. Also on my return on 3/3/19 I purchased a sol with multiple pods and spend another 60 dollars at there company. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO EITHER STORE AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO SPEND THEIR MONEY.
