I will never go here again. The staff behind the counter and the one manager are horrible. Talk down to you and lord over you, won't listen to a word you have say. I, too, experience a large increase in the quote that came the day of service, and they were insisting I pay the total bill, saying I signed a paper saying I would. Well now, I guess I did after all. BUT, I the idiot woman put it up on the desk a week earlier when I was there and I thought I was signing something for insurance or something. She never "told" me what it was for. I did learn a lesson. From now on I will stand there and read every single word on ever paper anyone puts in front of me, because there just are places like this that will try and sneak something in on you like that, and lord it over you, not willing to work with you. They can take their office and costumer service (LOL!) and shove it as far as they can. My first quote was $400 something, and the day of service it was $670 something. I asked her if they could bill me, she said no, I signed a paper. So I got mad and ended up walking out without paying anything. They can bill me like they always use to, look back, bitches, I always paid my bill before when I was billed payments. But I can't cut a check for almost $700 on demand, I don't have that kind of money. I will tell anyone to go elsewhere.

Been going here since a kid. Had to reschedule my appointment due to my son being a newborn and his dad got called into work (so now I wasn't going to bring him to my appt) and they charged me $75 rescheduling fee that they sent me after I went to my rescheduled appointment. SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS?? Are kidding me?? I will NEVER go there again. Not only that, they never ever mentioned to me about it. Not when I made the original appt or went into the appt. Just received a letter in the mail. Are you serious? $75. That's $25 shy from $100. Are you serious? I cancelled all future appointments. Just sick.

$5000 dollars of work done in 5 months at this PD. Got a bill for $800 dollars after every thing was done. Not on original esimtate. Did not fight and paid in 3 payments. Was sent to collections w/o any call/email from PD. Tammy Schwerin was the lady who was setting up billing and talking w/me on the phone. Dentist was Dr. Severt. Called office on 11/22/11 and was in extreme pain they would not see me because I had 1 more payment to go. I offered to bring payment when I came in which was 3 weeks before due date, I was told no. On thanksgiving (2 days later) I had to go in to an emergency dentist and had a severe infection that needed a root canal asap. $1200 bucks. The dentist I saw said he did not recommend I ever go back to PD because of the shoddy work seen on the xrays. He said this could have been prevented. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT CARE…THEY DEAL IN GREED ONLY!!!
