WORST LOCATION AND POOR REPRESENTATION OF HERTZ BRAND NAME. NEVER CARS AVAILABLE WHEN CLEARLY YOU CAN SEE 10-12 CARS ON THE LOT. REPS ARE CLUELESS ON LOOKING AT YOUR BILL OR PROVIDE THE CORRECT INFORMATION. THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE CLOSED!!!!!!

This is the worst location to rent a car. The employees will leave you on the phone for over 20 minutes, do not have the correct information regarding your rental amount and I think this location needs to be shut down. Customer service is awful....

Do not rent a car from this location. It will not be available no matter how much advance time you book the reservation.
